'All five fingers point at govt hand': NC leader on Uri and Pulwama terror attacks

National Conference (NC) leader Sheikh Mustafa Kamal on Monday accused government agencies of being involved in the Uri and Pulwama terror attacks. ​​"It is almost clear that it [Uri and Pulwama terror attacks] were planned by the Centre. We did not see their photos or bodies ... Until it's clear as to who's the killer, all fingers point toward agencies of the government of India," said Kamal, who is the brother of Jammu and Kashmir's former chief minister Farooq Abdullah.
