Rajasthan assembly polls: Initial trends show BJP ahead of Congress

Initial trends showed BJP leading in Rajasthan assembly elections while Congress leading in four seats; Election Commission website displays Congress leading in one seat. Counting of votes underway with tight security at 36 centres; postal ballots counted first followed by EVM votes. A total of 199 assembly constituencies being counted, except for Karanpur seat due to candidate's death. Security protocols strictly followed at counting centres with separate halls for each seat.
