Biden, Harris slam 'systemic racism' in US, say Chauvin guilty verdict is 'giant step' toward racial justice

President Biden and Vice President Harris on Tuesday America has a "long history of systemic racism," calling it a "stain on the nation's soul," while saying the guilty verdict in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin "can be a giant step forward in the march toward justice in America," but one that is "too rare" to deliver "basic accountability" for Black Americans.
