White House says Schiff, Swalwell bring 'expertise' to Intel Committee after getting boot from McCarthy

The White House is pushing back after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., booted two Democrats off the House Intelligence Committee, saying those Democrats bring "expertise."
