Pence acknowledges he has no authority to decide election results

As Congress convened a joint session to officially count the Electoral College votes, Vice President Mike Pence released a letter stating that he has no authority to decide the result -- resisting public pressure from President Trump to contest the victory of President-elect Joe Biden.
