Detention centers overwhelmed by surge of migrant children

The Obama administration will ask Congress for money to help deal with the growing immigrant crisis along the border with Mexico. Along with the new funding, the White House also wants authorities to fast-track deportations and enforce tougher penalties against human traffickers. Charlie Rose reports.
