An American researcher, Mark Dickey, was successfully rescued after being trapped in a cave in Turkey for over a week. Dickey fell ill with stomach bleeding while exploring the Morca cave and was unable to climb out on his own. A team of around 190 experts from various countries participated in the rescue operation, which involved navigating treacherous terrain and widening narrow passages.
