Price Of Gold Rises To 10 Month High
According to Reuters, the price of gold hit a 10-month high.
US gold futures rose almost 1.5-percent on Feb.
19th, climbing to $1,341.20 an ounce.
Spot gold also rose on the day, gaining about 1-percent, and trading at $1,338.21 an ounce.
Gold prices have been on the rise recently due to concerns over slowing economic growth around the world.
But currencies around the world shrank slightly.
The US dollar index dropped about three-tenths of a percent, leading the euro to rise by two-tenths of a percent against the dollar.
But the Swedish crown fell about eight-tenths of a percent compared to the dollar.
