Conservative MPs Quit Party For Independent Group Over Brexit
According to Business Insider, three members of parliament quit the UK's Conservative Party in protest of the prime minister's Brexit plans.
20th, Sarah Wollaston, Heidi Allen, and Anna Soubry joined a group of former Labour Party MPs on the bench in the House of Commons.
Earlier in the week, a group of Labour MPs formed an independent group in protest of Jeremy Corbyn's Brexit strategy as the opposition party leader.
The trio of MPs who left the Conservative Party wrote a letter to Prime Minister Theresa May, stating they reached their last straw over the government's handling of Brexit.
