New Haven closes parks and playgrounds to prevent the spreading of COVID- 19

You just moments ago ... holcomb's new stay at home order included a couple of modifications.

One of those is the closing of campgrounds ..

Which leads to the question of what can and can't you do outside..

Hunter two parks in new haven closed ahead of the governor's announcement today- havenhurst and moser park.

Residents say too many people in one spot- is a problem there.

Governor holcomb announced today playgrounds and campgrounds are closed to prevent this problem.holcomb says people were taking advantage of the open campgrounds.

We can't have parking lots full of hundreds of folks taking in our beautiful state parks.
