?nats?its still open for adoption..?nats?but the way in... to own one of them...is a lot different"our biggest concern coming into this was the unknown"holly pasquinelli with fort wayne care and control says the stay at home order has brought a wave of potential pet owners to the shelter.we have had 91 adoption profiles filled out over the course of 2 days and typical is in the teensbut the way the application process is done has changed...and it might be for good.starting with an online application.

They fill it out you come here you get a number then you go in the order you arrive you wait and we call you pasquinelli says the shelter has wanted to do this for a while...now we were like lets do itthe more applications..
