Them at 365-7222 many industries across the country have been impacted by the carona virsus including the housing market....i spoke to one local realtor who tells us how the market is doing during there uncertain times if we are just looking at the numbers..."we actually have 800 less homes for sale right now this year in april than we did in april of last year."

Keller williams realtor stephen huntley says though there are less homes on the market compared to last year...low interest rates are helping them out "w've been helped by the low interest rates rates are going down there in the low threes right now so people that are still on the market the're able to buy either a larger house or the same house and have a lower payment."though home in the 230,000 and below have been continuing to sell, hendley says the high-end market has slowed"on the flipside not many high-end properties have gone to the contract i have 405 ther's only been four properties that are priced over half $1 million."

Though his calculations show they positive trends...hundley says he going to be causiouly optimistic "w've sold 13 more houses in march 2020 then we did in march 2019 so i's a trail instead of all those properties are under contract until january and february so i's not a true indication of wha's going to happen in the future per se but w're watching closely for april and may because tha's all the properties that have gone on a contract right now but the pendin's are still pretty high."
