This gives them the flexibility to still receieve credit for their class if they or a loved one is diagnosed with covid-19.
The community college will also issue masks to all students and employees.
"we will not require that those be worn but we will strongly recommend that people where them.
We also are going to try and and do as much social distancing as possible by limiting the number of students who will be in a classroom or lab."
Ivy tech will start classes on monday august 24th.
The college says they will share more details with students and staff leading up to the campus re- opening.
