BJP leader Wasim Bari, his father and his brother were laid to rest after they were brutally murdered in Bandipora on Wednesday evening.
Kashmir IGP Vijay Kumar said that the killers have been identified and they are linked to Laskhar-e-Toiba.
The top cop also said that CCTV footage seemed to suggest that the attack was pre-planned.
