Jon, vigo county prosecutor "terry modesitt" announced he's clearing "elias donker" of any wrong doing involved in the shooting.

Here's what we know.

This stems from a shooting... from back in april.

That's when "errol bolin" from seelyville was shot and killed.

It started with a call about a suspicious person.

That's when police say bolin started shooting at officers.

Donker shot bolin after taking fire from him.

"donker" was placed on administrative leave during the investigation.

He's been with the department for two years.

We are still learning more about this investigation.
