Welcome back welcome back to in the zone... its always nice to be playing meaningful football games this late in the season... tonight west vigo was playing for first place in the wic green division.... both the vikings and their opponent south putnam haven't loss a conference game... west vigo hosted the 1a, seventh ranked eagles... you've heard the phrase its better to be lucky than good....west vigo lives by that phrase on this play... nick lindsey pass is tipped by south putnam and lands right in peyton clerk lap....the vikings races in for the 45 yard score....guys in green down 7-6.... second quarter...kaleb marrs threads the needle to cayden cinotto who goes down inside the south putnam 10-yard line... it look like west vigo was going in for the score and tie the game, but the very next play xavier langley gets the interception... he read that like i read the menu at red lobster...he was all over it....langley takes it 102 yards for the pick six..... that play completely changed the game... .

South putnam wins 36-12, eagles remain
