On Monday, April 11, 2022, 63 year old van driver and YouTuber, Frank Robert James, from Wisconsin, drove his vehicle clear from his home state through Pennsylvania, and stopped at his destination; New York City, New York, where he fired shots, killed 10 people, and injured at least 13 others.
