Ambulance workers have written to the Prime Minister saying they feel "betrayed" by the way the Government has singled them out for endangering patient safety.
GMB union workers say contrary to Grant Shapps' comments on Thursday, they agreed cover with each NHS Trust during the ambulance strikes.
