Since the begining of the war in Ukraine billions in asstes of russian oligarchs have been seized.
It’s all been part of sanctions levied against the country and the leadership that allowed the unprooked invasion to happen.
Now the U.S. has announced that it will be giving those seized assets to Ukraine and the Kremlin has responded.
