India reports 1,685 new Covid-19 cases & 83 deaths in last 24 hours

India reported 1,685 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours taking the total tally of infections to 4,30,16,372. In the same period, 83 deaths were recorded. The death toll due to coronavirus now stands at 5,16,755. According to the Union health ministry, India's active cases has declined to 21,530.
