Hyderabad technician 4th victim of train shooting by RPF man

A day after a RPF constable went on a shooting spree inside the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express, his fourth victim has been identified as Syed Saifuddin, 48, a resident of Nampally in Hyderabad.
