'PM Modi following Pakistan model': Congress leader Rashid Alvi on BJP's attacks against opposition

Senior Congress leader Rashid Alvi on Saturday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was following the "Pakistan model" and "harassing the opposition using government agencies" to finish off all detractors. Alvi was reacting to a tweet by ​Congress leader Karti P Chidambaram who equated the arrest of former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan with that of the conviction of Rahul Gandhi in a defamation suit.
