House Passes Biden's Massive $2.2 Trillion Build Back Better Bill Despite 8-Hour Delay of Kevin McCarthy's Speech

The U.S. House passed President Joe Biden's massive $2.2 trillion Build Back Better bill 220 to 213 and sends it off to the 50-50 Senate. The passage of the bill was not deterred by delays from Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy who made a speech for roughly eight hours prior to the voting.
