FBI investigates Rep. Schock's spending

There are new developments in the case of Congressman Aaron Schock as a federal official tells CBS News that the FBI is looking into the Illinois Republican Aaron Schock's spending. He announced this week that he's resigning over alleged financial improprieties. Julianna Goldman brings us the latest.
