S.C. to remove Confederate flag from Capitol grounds

The Confederate battle flag will soon be lowered Friday from a monument on the Statehouse grounds. Gov. Nikki Haley's signature on Thursday completed an effort that began after nine people were murdered at a historic black church in Charleston. Omar Villafranca reports.
