Coastal floods prompt voluntary evacuations in New Jersey

One of the biggest dangers from the massive storm hitting the East Coast is the threat of severe coastal flooding. New Jersey, which was hard-hit by Superstorm Sandy is on edge. Gov. Chris Christie did not issue mandatory evacuation orders, but some shore communities advised residents to get out before the storm hits. Meg Baker of CBS News' New York station WCBS-TV reports.
