Rick carhart: "the dozer is a very important tool in what we do, because they can do a huge amount of work in a short amount of time.
They can push down small trees just by running into them and knocking them over.
They cut a ten foot wide path of bare dirt, in a matter of moments, where it would take hand crews minutes or hours to do what they do in seconds or minutes.
It's an amazing tool, we use them all the time and they're a critical part of what we do here in the fire service."
Amy lanski: "coming up at five i'll explain to you why what the hand crews did over here, is so important.
