While Trump previously took to Truth Social to share a Fox News story alleging that he "loves the idea of testifying," it is not yet known if he will comply.
CNN reports that Trump has the option to fight the subpoena in court.
House committee members gave closing remarks at the latest public hearing last week in support of voting to subpoena Trump.
