Raskin presents opening argument against Trump at Senate impeachment trial

Congressman Jamie Raskin, the lead House impeachment manager, opened the second day of former President Donald Trump's impeachment trial by laying out the timeline of Mr. Trump's statements before, during and after the attack on the Capitol.
